In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please only create a single account, multi-accounts for the same person will be blocked and deleted.
ScoutWired has many different departments, teams, team members and Coordinators, and our Help Desk is here for you to be able to contact them. Please make sure you select the appropriate department you are trying to get hold of, and/or include the specific person you are trying to contact in your initial ticket.
Please Note: Our executives, leadership team, and team members are not accessible to the general public using this contact number. If you require assistance from a particular individual from our organisation, please submit a ticket to the respective department and in the subject line put ATTN:, and that person will contact you back when they are available.
